Agreement
By using SalesBond's services, you agree to these terms. SalesBond is operated by Rushil Shah, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Services
SalesBond provides digital marketing services including festive creatives, video reels, social media content, brand identity, website design, and advertising management. The specific deliverables for each engagement are agreed upon before work begins.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Custom projects require 50% advance before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery.
Revisions
All plans include unlimited revisions on delivered creatives. We will revise until you are satisfied. However, revisions must be based on the original brief — a complete change of direction after delivery may be treated as a new creative.
Intellectual property
Once payment is complete, you own all rights to the creatives we produce for you. You may use them on any platform without restriction. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate brand information, product photos, and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect delivery timelines. You confirm that any brand assets you share with us (logos, photos, copy) are yours to use.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Simply let us know before the next billing cycle. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains yours. No refunds for partial months.
Limitation of liability
SalesBond's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Disputes
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India and resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
